With more than 35 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, Kim brings extensive operational and revenue management expertise to Travelodge Canada. She began her career with Westmont Hospitality at the Radisson Hotel Windsor, advancing from housekeeping roles into leadership positions including Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, and ultimately Assistant General Manager at the Travelodge Windsor, where she successfully delivered record RevPAR performance.

In 2012, Kim joined Travelodge Canada as Regional Revenue Manager and, in 2014, was promoted to Operations & Support Manager, where she supported hotel leadership teams in achieving operational excellence and maintaining brand standards. In September 2023, Kim was appointed Senior Director of Revenue, a role in which she provided strategic guidance to franchisees on maximizing profitability and strengthening topline performance.

Today, Kim continues to leverage her extensive industry knowledge in her current role with the Development team, focused on expanding the Superior Lodging portfolio through new franchise growth.
